Welcome to ChestsCounter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChestsCounter website, dashboard, and automated bot tracking services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ChestsCounter provides automated data tracking, analytics, and bot management tools for gaming clans. We act as a third-party analytics provider and are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers of the games we track.

2. Account Responsibilities & Game Credentials

To use our automation engine, you may be required to provide in-game account credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account logins and game credentials. ChestsCounter encrypts this data, but we are not liable for any in-game bans, penalties, or loss of game assets that may arise from using third-party automation tools. Use the Service at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Billing Cycle: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly) and will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date.
  • Payment Processor: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller. They are the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
  • Upgrades & Downgrades: If you upgrade your plan, remaining time on your current plan will be prorated as a credit toward your new invoice. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not attempt to disrupt our servers, reverse-engineer our bot engines, or use our Service for illegal activities or severe game exploitation.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, especially if you violate these Terms or fail to pay your subscription invoices.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or an announcement on your dashboard.
